This position is a fully remote road warrior sales opportunity. The candidate must be located in either Tennessee or Alabama.
Position Summary
We’re seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow customer relationships across our newly expanded Southeast territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, combines mechanical aptitude with consultative sales skills, and enjoys solving problems for manufacturing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and assembly plants.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and application evaluations.
- Translate customer needs into effective fastening and torque solutions.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and order management teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately manage sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of technical sales experience or a technical degree (Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field) with demonstrated drive and a strong desire to succeed in a customer-facing role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; able to understand and explain technical concepts and system performance.
- Natural problem solver with a consultative mindset.
- High self-motivation and comfort with commission- or bonus-driven earnings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%).
